Our strategic approach is carried out in five phases:
DISCOVERY PHASE
Your designated Adapture project team consults with your internal team to define the scope of your project, prioritize action items, make strategic recommendations, and develop a comprehensive road map. Our partnerships give us access to a limitless solutions set, providing the resources needed to solve any business challenge. We take understanding your needs seriously and will even set up a customized discovery program to be held at an Executive Briefing Center. These sessions foster a deep level of collaboration and understanding. Further discovery can take place onsite at your location, at the Adapture headquarters in Atlanta, or virtually via voice and video conferencing.
ACQUISITION PHASE
We begin executing our plan by outlining our recommended vendor or technology solutions and integrating them with our professional services offerings. Our engineering team employs a number of methods to thoroughly test the solution, including: proof-of-concept testing, constructing lab environments, obtaining rental hardware, and conducting live testing. This provides you with a clear vision of the end state and how we will reach it. We partner with you every step of the way, including obtaining financing to support the project when needed.
IMPLEMENTATION PHASE
Your designated Adapture professional services team installs, integrates and deploys your customized solution as outlined in the project road map. Implementation work can take place onsite at your preferred location or at our 25,000 sq. ft. strategically located integration facility. Our team of certified logistics professionals ensures your equipment arrives at your location undamaged.
MAINTENANCE PHASE
We leverage our strategic network of partners to ensure your newly implemented solution is managed and monitored effectively. We also provide top-tier maintenance and support services through our in-house, third-party maintenance program.
ASSET DISPOSITION PHASE
When it comes time to retire end-of-life assets, the experts at Adapture can help you determine which parts are eligible for trade-in credits with the OEM, which have value on the secondary market, and which are candidates for recycling or destruction. Our in-house IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) team takes care of the process from start to finish—from fair-market value assessment and remarketing, to disk sanitization and data destruction, to the e-cycling of raw materials.
