Get paid for your referrals
Candidate referrals are a vital method for finding top talent for our clients, and with our referral incentives, everyone benefits.
It is our policy* to pay a $500 referral fee to anyone who refers a top candidate who is ultimately hired for one of our open positions. Additionally, our staffing agency offers a $1,000 referral fee to anyone who refers a company and hiring manager to ADAPTURE. Once we fill those positions, your check will be in the mail!
If you have a friend, spouse, neighbor or co-worker suitable for a position we offer, then you can refer them by filling out the form below.
* Terms: Referral candidates must not be available through traditional job boards. The basis of the referral program is to refer candidates who are not on the open market. Referrals fees paid for new positions/employers are limited to the first two positions filled.
