The Talent division of ADAPTURE, formerly known as The Centrics Group, posted a large growth rate in 2010, with 2010 becoming the company’s largest year yet in its 4-year history with a revenue increase of 66%.

Kevin Raxter, former Vice President of The Centrics Group, attributes the increase in revenue directly to the talent of his recruiting team and the level of customer service they provide.

“We have a highly knowledgeable team that knows how to find the candidates for our clients,” Raxter explains. “We consult with ADAPTURE engineers, and we know IT. When you know the IT industry as well as we do, it makes it much easier to find the right job candidates and get them placed.”

The recent rise in IT job openings also played a big part in the company’s growth spurt. “The more companies that start hiring again, the more opportunities we have to offer our exceptional candidates,” Raxter added.

It does not appear that the growth will stop any time soon. The company has posted a growth rate in Q1 2011 of 255% over Q1 2010. It has been the most successful quarter for the company to date.
