IT staffing firm’s revenue up 54% through Feb. 2012

ATLANTA, Mar. 13, 2012 – The Talent division of ADAPTURE, formerly known as The Centrics Group, just keeps growing. The Metro-Atlanta based IT staffing agency celebrated a record month in Jan. 2012 and is on pace to celebrate an even better record first quarter at the end of the month. Current numbers indicate that, through February, revenue is up 54% from the same period in 2011. While various American media outlets are reporting positive domestic hiring rates and an optimistic overall hiring outlook, ADAPTURE leadership suggests that much of the agency’s growth can be attributed to its internal processes and overall company value adds.

“We have recently hired a lot of seasoned recruiters who bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our already outstanding team,” explains Kevin Raxter, former Managing Partner for The Centrics Group and author of Staffing: Recruiting with New Tricks and Old Techniques. “The U.S. economy always plays a role in our industry, but the fact remains that we’ve continued to grow at a tremendous rate throughout the ups and downs in the job market. I believe that our organization’s level of experience, impressive 97% candidate retention rate, use of the latest technologies and emerging media, and customer loyalty incentives are the driving factors behind our growth.”

The talent division of ADAPTURE prides itself on its use of the latest in recruiting technology and recently migrated its internal candidate database to Bond Adapt, a powerful staffing tool. ADAPTURE is also very active on social networking sites Twitter and LinkedIn, posting job opportunities daily.

Raxter and his team enjoyed similar success last year when the company posted record first-quarter growth in 2011. Revenue was up 125% over Q1 2010.
