This certification required ADAPTURE to build a highly specialized Customer Success team to analyze, manage and ultimately build business cases to drive Cisco platform adoption. The ADAPTURE team was required to pass several high-level exams to achieve the CX Specialization. Cisco then performed a full business audit, focusing on business goals, customer service strategy, and KPIs. Several customer references were also gathered and evaluated.
Robert Pastor, Chief Strategy Officer at ADAPTURE, is the program’s executive sponsor. He also serves on the Cisco Advisory Council, a group of early adopters who work with Cisco to optimize the adoption process for new technologies.
