The Talent Network uses an advanced algorithm leveraging CareerBuilder’s proprietary reach to help candidates find their ideal IT jobs without having to go through the lengthy job search process. Members are matched to IT positions that meet their interests and get a notification when these positions become available.
Since the company’s inception in 2007, the talent division of ADAPTURE has been committed to connecting candidates to their ideal IT careers through a variety of non-traditional recruiting practices. The addition of the Talent Network to its existing array of targeted technology networks helps ADAPTURE place top candidates even more quickly, positioning the agency as one of Atlanta’s top resources for IT talent.
