The client’s growth through acquisition of smaller businesses created an enterprise landscape comprised of multiple Managed Service Providers (MSPs), legacy End-of-Life equipment throughout the business, a lack of a unified communication platform, no defined standards or security controls, and low-grade internet connectivity that could not support the cloud-based applications that will drive the business in the future (i.e. NetSuite ERP). The business did not want to build an internal IT organization, which meant it needed an innovative solution.
