The client is a financial services platform that specializes in point of service (POS) software for retail, hospitality and other financial service providers. It was facing an increase of brute force attacks (BFA) and Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks. Attacks were growing both larger and more sophisticated, and it did not have the internal resources to counter these attacks on its own.
Solution Requirements
The solution needed to mitigate the attacks the FinTech platform was undergoing with 24 x 7 x 365 coverage. It needed to fill in the gaps on its team, address network vulnerabilities and improve visibility into its environment—all in an effort to create additional protection and service.
