Adapture deploys Smartsheet Project Management Solution for an Auto-Insurance Company

This international group has been providing products and solutions to the motor vehicle industry for over twenty years. With almost $270 million in annual revenue, they needed a solution to streamline the management of their internal projects. There was an immense need to provide visibility into program-level information.
The insurance company had a Proof of Delivery (POD) model in their Project Management Office (PMO), including three different project types, ranging from small, medium and large. They needed blueprints for each category with an overarching portfolio roundup dashboard.
Solution Requirements
The client wanted a Smartsheet Project Management solution that would enable them to provision new projects from their Project Pipeline matrix and be able to manage them via the dashboard. They requested more visibility into their projects and called for a more granular view that shows Proof of Delivery (POD) and account-level reports. The solution also needed to integrate with a third party to track project hours.
