Modern staffing solutions company recognized for explosive two-year growth
ATLANTA, Apr 27, 2017—The Atlanta Business Chronicle formally recognized the talent division of ADAPTURE, formerly known as The Centrics Group, as a “Pacesetter” Thursday morning during an awards breakfast held at Flourish in Buckhead. The talent division of ADAPTURE ranks 77th out of 100 on the exclusive list, which recognizes the fastest growing private companies in Atlanta. To qualify for the award, businesses had to be privately owned, based in the 20-county metro Atlanta area, and not be a subsidiary of another company. Companies considered for placement on the Pacesetters list also had to have experienced a two-year growth rate of more than 50% and attained revenues between $1 million and $300 million in 2016.
“Our initiatives over the past few years to become more agile, diversify our client base, and adapt to a more proactive approach to staffing has put The Centrics Group in a position to grow quickly,” said Kevin Raxter, former Managing Partner. “We never became complacent, and that’s why we won this Pacesetter award.”
“Everyone here is committed to taking an innovative and modern approach to staffing, which has put more qualified candidates in front of our clients and expanded our opportunities,” Raxter added. “We’re excited to see our efforts recognized in this way and look forward to continued growth.”
The talent division of ADAPTURE posted an astounding 162.99% two-year revenue growth and a 6.67% growth in number of employees. The company has earned praise from social media juggernaut LinkedIn for its modern, proactive approach to finding talent. LinkedIn named ADAPTURE, known then as The Centrics Group, as one of its “25 Most Socially Engaged” staffing companies in 2016.
A full list of the 2017 Pacesetters will be available in the April 28 edition of the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
