Our client, a food manufacturer founded over twenty years ago that supplies products throughout the United States, chose Smartsheet to streamline their business processes. They needed help optimizing the tool, creating new development and production lifecycle processes, including request intake, approvals, project generation, and execution. Our customer’s processes were siloed and informal, causing inefficiencies and production issues between various teams across the organization. Being a small business, an increase in volume exposed a lack of visibility and collaboration.
Solution Requirements
Adapture presented the customer several Smartsheet add-ons to the customer to help with collaboration and work management. These add-ons facilitated a repeatable process reducing the team’s effort to perform their roles, while providing visibility from project start to end. The process would allow staff focus on their tasks, rather than wasting bandwidth on collecting data.
