Dr. Joe Sutherland – Technology executive, public service leader, and educator. Inaugural director of the Emory Center for AI Learning. He serves as lead PI of the Emory branch of the U.S. AI Safety Institute Consortium, associate faculty of the Empathetic AI for Health Institute at Emory Healthcare, and fellow of the Weidenbaum Center on the Economy, Public Policy, and Government at Washington University in St. Louis. He is a professor in Emory’s Department of Quantitative Theory & Methods

John Daniel Polk – Special Agent for the FBI Atlanta Division where he investigates cyber-criminal activities. He specializes in cyber intrusion and cryptocurrency theft cases.

He also serves as a Public Affairs Officer and Crisis negotiator. Before joining the FBI, Daniel worked for several tech companies including Cisco’s AppDynamics. Prior to his work in the tech industry, Daniel worked in education where he launched a public charter school as a teacher and Dean of Students.

Host: Omar Santos – Omar Santos is a Distinguished Engineer at Cisco focusing on artificial intelligence (AI) security, cybersecurity research, incident response, and vulnerability disclosure. He is a board member of the OASIS Open standards organization and the founder of OpenEoX Omar has authored over 25 books, 21 video courses, and over 50 academic research papers.
